Srk has been king Khan & established a mascot of success .. then why so many funny jinnx with KKR
e.g.
1)Chris gale could not join KKR even after being with the team!
2)Ponting has been utter failure in all the games!!!
3)All the foreign players almost did not click except Maccluum in first & Hussey in patches.Hodgfes failed,Hafiz failed.
4) Shoaib Akhtar could not join,Umar Gul created controversy in the first game he played questioning Captain & thus harming team spirit!!!
5)Hyped players like Ishant Sharama could get 4 wickets in 6 games,Agarker gave away too many runs even though he took some wickets.
SRK venture into IPL is lacklustre.. something is amiss... KKr is heavily loaded with Pakis.. most of them have not clicked except Gul who did well but did harm to team by his unwaranted comments against Captain!!! KKR may fight its way back..let us see KKr is atrue Bazigar who can win back the lost cause/deal as the SRK is called!!

Why do you blame Shahrukh . KKR is doing bad because it is lead by a poor selfish captain, who is only intrested in publicity and playing dirty games.

the thing we have to discern here is that, both have played normal cricket to succeed in this new format of the game. Many people here assume T20 requires one to smash sixes and fours of all the balls one faces.
Atleast now, people will realise after watching rohit,gambhir,hayden blossom here that T20 also requires brain and skills to pace an inngs by playing normal cricket. If there had been a need to play big shots all time , guys like afridi would have struck big time here.

Test matches are not everybody's game. You can compare these to Dravid or Sachin or Laxman only when they play in all conditions and in all test playing countries . Look at Dravid's consistency in tests for past 10 years excluding most recent one. Yuvi himself has not settled well after playing one dayer's so long.
Dravid, Sachin and Laxman are even today the best test players in India.Do not compare . In T20 , Gambhir and Rohit may be better.

of course it can be used to judge a player's ability. have u seen anything unusual till now ? madmen like afridi have been failing this format which was supposed to suit them. and its rohit,gambhir,hayden who have flourished here by not indulging in wild swings.

T20 doesnt need the skill which is very much essential in test cricket and ODI....Those who just Knw to smash the ball out of the ground come good when the pitch is flat tailor made for stroke play.
Yeah Afridi is not sucessful here b'se he is not matured as a cricketer even after 12 yrs.He is another chuker who trhows the ball while bowling...But he qualifies for T20.

Yeah everything comes in the equation...but to win a match in T20 u need big hitters or natural stroke makers who play smart cricket instead of going after every ball and evry bowler Unlike ODI and test where the Character , temperament and skill of the players are tested.
