does our boards have common sense? it rains heavily during june, julu and august in sub-continent region...i am sure there wont be even a single game possible....

Kabhi Barsat me kirrket khel nahi lag tha hi...ek bar khel ke deek lena...maja kuch aur hi hi.....play in concrete road with good shot ball with good shoe... heavy rain...10/12 players...try once in this rainy season..you will get experience...ke barsat me bhi circket kehla ja sakh tha hi....

That's why the board has agreed for a tour. It is an indirect way of giving rests to the players to get themselves fresh and ready for the tough tournaments like Champions trophy etc :-)
