this is another useless decision by ICC.wat is this? u either accept umpire fully or ignore him fullly.bucknor shd not be standing in india's matches.so is hair for pakistan.if there is a doubt on the credibility or integrity(speciallly that of bucknor's) of an umpire he should be dropped forever.no fun in having and not using him against all teams.
ICC has so many rules to fine players for their mistakes. But they dont have anything clearly defined for umpires mistakes. So they have to device a new rule as follows.
"Whenever player feels that the umpire decision is not correct, he should be allowed to appeal to third umpire. If the player is correct then umpire should be fined for wrong decision, and vice versa"
This can solve so many problems with umpires wrong decisions,

What if Third Umpire joins the decision of field umpire (accepting the wrong decision)? Any rule for that?

mr.Kishore pls be practical.how a third umpire can make a mistake? such mistake can happen in one out of 1000 decisions referred to him.
Either ICC or BCCI don't have any clear policy to control the high profile person. They have only policy to control the Player. They can make legal action against only against Indian-sub continent player....Not against aAustrian players...
