A very good point was raised by PKR that if an Indian player plays very well and consistently puts up a good performance in ICL, then how can we ignore him for playing with BCCI and ICC? This is the only international body that we have for the present day players. I think we should kick the hell out of the BCCI guys and ask the honourable minister Sharad Pawar to clarify how can he be so brutal and put and end to the career of such a talented player?

Indians are known to treat the best like Kapil Dev as rebel, specially because he won us world cup.. like wise the same dirty fellows thrown out Dhanraj Pillai because he made Indian hockey strong!!! see how they treated the great Captain of India Like Sourav so shabbily.. These corrupt politician, businessmen lobby of BCCI are the worst guys.. Do you expect fairplay from them !!! I am ready to believe don like dawood but not these crooks & rascals of BCCI!!! They can sell the honor of their motherland for money & Gaddi.. This is the fact!!

Thank You Ravi Indians cannot be treated as out siders in India just becoz BCCI does not like it
It is very painful to see that ICL players are being side-lined for no reason. What the heck if any player plays in some league till he gets a call to play for his member country that is already registered with ICC? ICC is the only International body that we have as of now and these unfortunate guys are born in those countries that are already registered as member countries with ICC. Why the hell they shouldn't continue to play, earn and enjoy and live their lives until they get a call to play in ICC recognized matches? ICC and its member countries and their boards should have some conscience. Tomorrow there can be some other International body in Cricket and several other leagues and member countries with different names. But what can these sportsmen do until that day comes? I just don't see anything wrong in such leagues, cricket bodies and boards being setup in all the interested countries and make their own international bodies. What sort of myopic, insular, petty minds are these ICC, BCCI or CA or whoever. I fully support ICL. Kapil is doing the right thing. Way to go Kapil.... The banning of ICL players is dubious to the core and I just hope that there can be more international bodies that work on their own and when such a day comes, we don't even have to care who considers whom as banned. Do they mean to say that they don't want cricket between different prevailing leagues? Kapil is fighting with some nasty low life scums. Period.
On what basis ICL players should be given chances in National team.I think the ban should be lifted upon the foreign players playing for ICL and BCCI should make International cricket by asking international players playing in ICL to represent their country whenever they get an opportunity. If the local players do not perform well in domestic matches then they cannot be selected for National team

Mr Kart ICL players INDIANS FIRST INDIANS LAST If they have merit they should be selected to play for INDIA.BCCI cannot ban and give merit a go by.If an Indian player in ICL plays better consistently well in T20 format and if he is an indian will you ignore him ?and say he is an ICL player? That is totally unfair
Kapil Dev hasn't done anything when he was NCA chairman. He was just Complaining. While Prabhakar who is the bowling coach of Delhi has Contribution in Ishaant sharma's bowling. Now In NCA all the tests are conducted for players under the chairmanship of Whatmore and Shastri.BCCI has become a punching bag for kapil and other former players. They cannot deny that BCCI has popularised the game and brought money.
What ever L indian players belong to ban should be lifted on ICL players and should be considered for selection to National Team. First and foremost they are Indians and honour of representing the country should not be snatched away.,just because they played in a league BCCI did not like
Kapil, I support your views wholeheartedly. BCCI or ICC has no business to call ICL a rebel league. They are cricketers playing cricket at a level that gives them chance to ingdulge in their profession and play with international players also. What if Dravid and Sachin play in some stadia in India with some players in some kind of tournament that doesn't go into ICC books and records. Should we ban them as rebel players? What nonsense is this? I, for one, will play cricket as per my opportunities before I get a call to play for the country. How does that make me a rebel. What a shame this is for sportsmen! Please do understand that all the members in ICC are not political countries but only member countries. BCCI is one of the members. The day ICL can have enough infrastructure of its own as per ICC rules and regulations it can apply to ICC as a member country. Period. Coming to Muralidhar's comment about Sourav - if at all there was anybody who needs to be kicked out of the final XI and the sqaud at that point of time, it was Sourav Chandidas Ganguly.
This happens all the time with cricketers affiliated with the BCCI also. We see them play all the time in unofficial leagues all-over the world: USA, Dubai, Canada to name a few. Jadeja, Sehwag, Chanderpaul, Rohan Gavaskar have all done this. Shouldn't all of them be banned by the same token?... Stop calling them rebels, they are seeking oppurtunities.
Stop and think: the only qualification to play for India is the player needs to be Indian. It's high time we stop calling our cricket team Team India, team BCCI maybe!!

Its true wat u have said its not Team India. Its Team BCCI or rather team Pawar that's more apt. Y has BCCI started IPL after ICL with such huge money and bringing in filmi glamour in to it.Its scared of ICL .Scared that its revenue might go down bcos of good Cricketing administrators like Kapil and co who play for country not 4 money like Mr.Pawar.The best way would be to eliminate these Politicians from BCCI.Its BCCI which is Rebel group not ICL.Not even Rebel but alien Team as the head of the group(Mr.Pawar) does'nt understand Cricket then offcourse its alien .

How much does subash Chandra know abt cricket, To promote ICL is he not begging bollywood to come and perform, why is he going behing Aamir khan for endorcing ICL, is he not confident abt the players of ICL. He started ICL only because of frustration. He wanted to take advantage of India's debacle in World Cup.is not Kiran More who was still recently a chairmen of Selection committee a culprit for India's debacle he was the once who wanted to sourav out of the team now these guys talk Morality.

Mr.Muralidhar, How can you question Subhash Chandra's cricketing knowledge without knowing anything? For all purposes he may know it much better than you. Moreover he is having the experts run the league, unlike the BCCI which is run by politicians who are after power and money. Subhash Chandra is spending his own money for the development of the game, unlike IPL which is minting hundreds of millions of dollars.

Here comes another person supporting subhash chandra's cricketing knowledge, who is the expert running the ICL , if you are refering kapil , then i can accept your first stmt about subhash cricket knowledge if you are given chance to groom young talents in NCA , a person work for another corporates with big mouth and expects benifits from BCCI ,
