1. More money doewsnt mean spoiling anything! English premier league(Football) pays 100 times more than Indian premier league. So which one produces better players? Don't be silly. 2. In IPL, every team should have atleast 4 under 19 players in playing 11. In that way, it is betetr than ICL. Great chance for juniors to play with world class players. 3. None can get premium without performace. IPL is an open market. Whoever is better, will get better renumeration! 4. Both makes money for players and businessmen involved. Nothing more nothing less.
Friend, please understand that ICL is yet another money making machine by Z group. They just want to take advantage of Indias flop show and make money out of the cricket fans feelings. They have no interest in the future of Indian cricket, they are just a corporation intending to make profit. The rest is an eyewash. The cricketing legends involved with them also simply want to make money.
So as a spectator, i would simply enjoy the better tournament which obviously is going to be ICL with all the great names involved. Dont let anyone to take advantage of your feelings.

I am not sure it will develop huge for younger players through IPL. All top players will dominate the younger players and there is no development.
