Last week Ricky Ponting tom tommed that the third final will not be necessary. How correctly he had predicted himself for the beginning of his downfall
The context of the game is more important than the numbers. I remember lots of bowlers taking wickets in inconsequential matches & situations and that inflates their averages. Look at the context and situation and not the mere numbers.

yes, its same as Tendulkar's centuries.. how does it matter. India never won a world cup with Tendulkar..

why dont u try to do it in the next world cup? oh, but i forgot, for that u need talent which u obviously dont possess. cause hurling abuses at talented men does not make one talented.
Stats do lie at many times. Look @ Piyush Chawala, he bowled an excellent spell 0-33 (10 overs) that considering the time he came to bowl his bowling points should have trebled. Bcoz that time the arrogant aussies Haydo & Symo were going on song and Hussey joined. He just stopped the run flow. Add to that the catch he took to dismiss Haydo. The catch is worth 150 points and his bowling efforts is worth 200. That doesn't reflect in the stats. Stats can never infer the context of the game. If Piyush had figures of 3-49 he would have gained more points but India would have lost the match bcoz the other bowlers would have gone for more. I am not a big fan of Piyush but I am stating this to say numbers don't matter at all.

Good analyze, If u saw his bowling in 2006 under 19 world cup final. Now you are a great fan of piyush. watch him, he's going to bowl lots of mesmorising spells.
All Sachin critics can have a look at the 2nd table, and shut their mouth. Its only their 'inability to do what Sachin is been doing' speaking, nothing else.

I agree with Anirudha and google lover. The guys who are criticising Sachin do not have the faintest idea about the game of cricket. For that matter these kind of guys will be cribbing about everything and everyone throughout their lives without making any positive contribution. Absolutely sick people the whole lot of them is.
