Aussies have won 4 Wcups,3 in a row and we are still celebrating WCUP 83 win,what about all those finals losses in the last 10 years,countless number of those and i thought atleast Dhoni will stop it but he is also joining Saurav and Sachin in the losing captains of finals and what is this

So you are saying you didnt play to potential in Kitply finals..so the opponents depend on you not playing to your potential.Are u that invincible Dhoni?

Well said buddy....Dhoni is one who just rides on his luck everytime....started from T20 where he gambled in last over wid Jogindar Sharma... and then gambled in Test against Oz's. But alaaaas...he cud not do it in front of Paki's... A perfect gambler...who knows how to be at right place on right time !!!!!
What is this statement "If we play to our potential we will win" so what is that might stop them from playing to potential,what a twisted statement,why cant he confidently say he can win? What if we play to potential?Does that mean no other team can win if we play to our potential?So that means we didnt play to our potential in all those matches Dhoni lost?Why was that?

Comeon, give him a break and stop splitting hairs. All he is saying that if India play to their potential as a team where everyone chips in with his bit, not just one or two players. Now why cant they play to potential every time? There are number of reasons, every player has good or bad days, opposition plays better, they have to peak at the right time. How can he say confidently that they will win. It is not a proven scientific procedure that you predict ahead of time?

Well it is also scientifically not proved that we will win if we play to our potential,there are other teams also trying to win a cup and its arrogant to say "We will win if we play to potential" as if saying other teams can do nothing if we play to potential,which begs the question didnt we play to our potential when we lost the finals and why didnt we play to potential?

dhoni is someone who is riding on his luck.....his loss against pak is the beginning...u have to realise that only strong technique wud fetch you more recognition and runs rather than whirling the bat ...thats the reason he scored slowly in the pak final.......ganguly is a class of his own and is a proven performer....

Whats there to be jealous against Mumbai players.all selfish players starting from Gavaskar,Shastri to Sachin endulkar,the only mumbai player i respect is Vengsarkar,criticism doesnt make one a jealous person,check ur facts before u blame someone for ur mumbai so called champs incompetence...
I think from this Asia Cup onwards the so called juniors will be tested as seniors. After the demise of SRT,RD, SG, VVS, AK it is now going to be real test for Dhoni whether he can deliver in the cricket field like he delivers in the ADS (being the highest ever AD earner at Rs. 50 Cr last year ahead of Sachin). It would require more than keeping the paid set of chamchas in the board and the press. No more coming in at no. 7 and remaining not out with good avg. If he has to bat at no 4 or 5, he needs to be a batsman and not a slog over slogger.

What indian team has achieved with big names SRT,RD, SG, VVS, AK ? Lost 17 out of 18 finals played? Never won a test series in Australia, Saouth Africa Newzealand. It doesn't matter what names you have, still its a crap team with medicore batsmans and super flop bowlers
To Win against good teams, you need to play 3 proper regular pace bowlers. Irfan is to easy for battrs to score off. Same way Praveen Kumar may not be doing bad at present, still you need to play in better fast bowler, who are difficult to take liberties against. You lost Kitply final to Pak becuse of this.
just dont bark on the single victory in the last game of the tourney (i am avoiding the word 'final') of so-called tri-series. just when they boasted of defeating ind by 150 runs, they lost to ind by 140 runs.

We lost because we made 6 mistakes in the finals. 1) Piyush giving many runs in 10th over. 2) to 6) First 5 batsmen getting out to silly catches. Just doing any one of these right, we could have won.
other team far better than asian team,india was the best asian team but now,selectes made yougsters team weekest team i have ever seen,some fluke also boosted their activity.dhoni earning more than sachin?!!.his lucky will work out always?some how we won t-20 after beating weekest pak team..sachin majic ,we won in autralia,..but palm cutter considering better bastaman than sachin,what a world!!
