Asif was caught with contraband drugs at Dubai airport on his way back home from India after playing in the Indian Premier League then why no one in India like CBI, Indian police are investigating that from where he got the drug in India ?

Lets go back to this so called REDIFF BREAKING NEWS REPORT. If the prosecutor is NOT pressing any charges how can Asif be deported from Dubai, to deport someone, you have to be Charged for something for Gods sake. Rediff just is HORSE MANURE at its best!

This is the law of the land of that country. Foavouring muslims. If it were other religion people, they would have been punished. It is same in Afganistan, Saudi, Pakistan, Bangla etc. Whether quran says like that?

The PCB and Asif miyan himself must have begged hard for mercy so the prosecutor chose not to press charges. Not pressing charges does not mean that he is innocent. And Yaqoot miyan, for your FYI, they are not sending him off but have decided to kick(deport) him out of their country.

Release is being let off for being either innocent or after the prison term. Deportation is clearly done for a person who offends the law.
Now Mahesh Bhatt can make a movie of his favorite Pakistanis, with Emraan Hashmi playing Md Asif...he can throw in how he got drunk in India and the loose women there and how he was framed.
