wherever they copied, it is a good decision. Even these days, we are seeing in Tennis, a player can call for a Ball out for three times. Times are changing. After all umpires are human. If any mistake occured, we can rectify that from the third umpire by reporting. Good going

the system was being considered by the ICC from a long time. the implementation hit several road blocks. now with the ICC drawing a lot of flak with poor quality of umpiring, the decision has been made. even after the decision to implement was made and was to be introduced in england vs nz series, it fell through. the england and south african boards couldn't come to an agreement even in the series coming up. finally india and srilanka agreed. i think the implementation of this system was done by the english county set-up first so the ICL doesn't even get credit for first implementation of system
