Money from the cheapo PCB? that too to save Mohd. Asif?? No way.
I think in Dubai or wherever he was caught they would cut his, you know what, for carrying drugs, so they would have saved a fellow muslim brothers ass. Otherwise, how would anyone carry a substance in their wallet for this many months and not know what he is carrying.
The statement now does not make sense, they say it's a misunderstanding. WHAT. They (The Narcotics people who know what drugs mean, because that all they sniff day in and day out) actually have the substance in their hand, how can their be a misunderstanding??
So we all know now, Mohd.Asif is a drug addict like other drug addicts. And PCB as usual wants to save their face.
it may b blessing in disguise for pak ckt as asif has been removed from the squad to bangla tri series. last year, shoaib was thrown out of the team to t20 world cup team and newcomer sohail tanvir replaced that arrogant shoaib. and what a player pak has got in tanvir. the same way, a newcomer in place of drug addict asif may shine for pak n remove memories of asif from the public mind thru sheer performance.
that he has been droped from the side. but pcb is known for backtracking as they hv no talent of players. they go to any extent to support their players even if they become jihadi/terrorists also. they cry to shoaib/asif not to leave the pak team.
