Sharad Pawar mever had permanent enemies . His style of politics is absolutely different looking to his 40 years of career . Very shrewd . He filed cases against Dalmiya not to win them but just to make Dalmiya busy in those cases for 2 years. Sharad P would like to work with Dalmiya as Dalmiya has immense experience and talent but then Sharad P wonn like Dalimiya acting like a boss. So if only Dalmiya agrees to work in a cohesive fashion alongwith all members - Pawar I guess will allow Dalm to be the in the main league . If this doesnt happen then ..Pawar has the power to keep Dalmiya occupied in some other activities other than cricket for next 2 years ...and that too working out plans without being into limelight .

Are you saying Dalmiya is not an astute politician?? Don't forget that he has political dreams and he may use this opportunity to get back at the helm of affairs in the BCCI....after that, the huge corpus that the BCCI has, will be controlled by him.....that then seems to be his ambition.....grab money power and use that to get into politics.....
It is unfortunate that politicians control the game of cricket...it should be ex-cricketers like Kapil, Kirti Azad, Sandip Patil and Dilip Vengsarkar......not such shrewd canny politicians who use power to further their financial interests and political interests...
It cannot be denied that Dalmiya was the architect of BCCI exceptional rise in money power. Whether he did it rightly or not, he did it and people like Pawar, Shah, Modi, and Bindra are nothing but jealous people. One should not forget also that Dalmiya has not been liked by many in the public either. But then who am I to sit on judgement on him?

Mr. Dalmiya is one of the best sports administrators in the world. Due to him only Indian cricket Board has become so powerful. Before him nobody had given any value to BCCI. Dalmiya also contributed immensely to popularize cricket in many parts of the world.
The present members in the board are greedy and lacks administrative skills to fight the powerful white lobby.

Earlier they have spoiled football and we are no where with Priyadasmunshi cotrolling . After an insignificant win over a low rated team crores were amsed by these people on the pretext of improving football. Same is going to happen to cricket

wat was cricket s condition when dalmiya came n compare it with wen he left .........and plz mention abt prasun mukherjee: dalmiya may be a thief...but for the other one ask some LUX vendors better
