This is quite true. This is totally a "money making" event. There is so much to gain / lose. Key players build up a hype. The format it is based on is similar to the club culture in Europe in the football circuit. BCCI has no right to be angry. At best they can put in the right checks in place and claim that they can give a reward to people who prove that any match is rigged. The rest is just a show of strength... similar to a gorilla beating its chest.
