As typical indian mentality u guys want to find someone to blame.I had watched cricket now for 30 years and I tell you there is no cricket being played nowadays.I would like to see how today's batsman plays when there is no helmet Watch clippings of 1975 world cup, batsman always on their backfoot, even to overpitched balls.dear friends let batsmen play without helmetws,IPL,ONE DAY OR TESTS ,what evaer be the money, you wont find many heros

its not tiredness but ego here
by vinay on Jul 17, 2008 11:18 PM

its not that dhoni is tired but clashes of ego occured between him n bcci.
dhoni showed his unhappiness of lots of matches played by players. but bcci member shukla lambasted him saying that a player needing rest shud state their unavailability to bcci for much needed rest. so dhoni going by ego problem, came forward n asked to pullout of sl series. to his surprise, bcci didnt beg to him to play.

BCCI to be blamed
by mahendra sapa on Jul 17, 2008 09:21 PM  | Hide replies

Why blame Dhoni? In my opinion he choose to play cricket and played continously for a period of time. It was BCCI that introduced cash rich IPL to COUNTER ICL.

BCCI felt threatened by ICL and hence the introduction of IPL. So if some one is to be blamed it's the BCCI and not Dhoni.

One solution could be to tax BCCI as a business entity. Which is very true. It's in a for-profit business and illegally enforcing it's monopoly by trying to destroy ICL.

Dhoni had performed poor in test cricket in recent past and should not have been included in the test team anyway!

Why so much love for dhoni? Is is the worst player of India. He plays for money.
If Sachin have not played in the two final in Austrila India could have lost.
After that which final he have won.
BCCI ne usko sar par chada rakha hai.
Bas usa good time chal raha hai.
