ind team is touring sl for test n odi. ind-A team playing emerging players' tourney in ausi. then how can this team playing in israel, b called ind-A team?

the team representing Emerging players tournament in Australia is not India A but the players from NCA.the previous similar tournament was represented by karnataka cricket association,which is beingreplaced by NCA this time around.
