Asif should be sent to jail
by shibli fatmi on Jul 15, 2008 09:47 AM

Why his name crops up in evry controversy. From his haggard look, it appears that he is addicted to banned substance.

Throw him out of Pakistan team and do not allow him to come & play in IPL.

He should be sent to jail for reform.

Innocence!!! (Read as nonsense)
by Anantha Kumar Rajamani on Jul 14, 2008 11:04 PM  | Hide replies

Dear friends,
Just a refresher to all of you (which incidentally coincides with the whole gamut of things that had happened w.r.t. drug abuse):
There was a telugu movie starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao and he sings a duet with a popular Tollywood heroine, whose starting lines are as follows:
Hero: Ariti Pandu Valichi Pedithe, Thinaleni Chinnadi. (Translation: If u peel off the skin of a banana and give it to her, the girl still cannot eat the banana)
Heroine: Notlo Velu Pedithe, Korakaleni Vaadu. (Translation: If u keep ur finger into the mouth of the boy, he cannot bite the finger).
Ek zamane mein (around mid-80s) these were only the lines of various popular songs. Aaj ke zamane mein, these are LIVE realities in front of us in a very bad taste. Shame on Pak. cricket!!!
