By asking Rahul, to takeup the second wicket keeper's duty, BCCI has sent a hint, that this will be the final series for him, if he wont agree for second wicket keeper's job. This will happen only in India. This is how BCCI treats a batsman who scored morethan 10000 in ODIS and Tests, and also a wicket keeper for morethan 3 years. He lost his place in ODI team because he has not performed in 4 matches, But BCCI forgot he wsa the captain for the Previous ODI series before they dropped him for the team, But the man who he believed in Worldcup 2007, became miserably failed(0,0,7) and got the captaincy later, and dropped Rahul from the team. The same thing will happen for the bloody Dhoni also very soon..

I don't think so, because we don't have any replacement of Dravid at recent time.

dravid can be dropped, dont forget vengi has some problem with dravid also from NOV 2006 to SA series in india in 2008 dravid has been averaging just 34 in test matches(cricinfo.com). whereas gangu avg 63 in 2007 with 1106 runs also he was MOM against SA in kanpur sachin is god cant be touched laxman shoud be in tests he is a specialist in test matches but he also can be dropped if he does not perform well in lanka

dhoni only deserves to have milk in hs home. stupid fellow! took rest from test matches which is the most important in cricket anyway he does not deserves a place in tests coz he is a slogger no class!

Selectors are the ones who get the severest criticism when team selections go wrong. In the last few months Virendar Sehwag has proved how strong a cricketer he is. He was at an all time low; everyone despised him. No one wanted him in the team but some selectors decided to pick him up against the wishes of ever so critical Indian cricket fans. With the kind of performance Sehwag has delivered one should also congratulate selectors to take such a bold decision. They are everyone's punching bag when team does bad but never given any credit when their decision turn out to be gold.
