I dont know y ur running behind Sachin its Saurav who should be concentrated upon.He has made a great come back,no doubt but it was a real selfish come back.He wanted to prove tat he can bat but never tried to win a match.U got to accept that he never played that lofted Six shot what he was really famous for, bcos he was scared he wld get out.and u dont have place for selfish crickters in team.He can continue in Test cricket till theres a youngster in the wings and this time he should retire in a graceful manner reather than getting dumped.
Dont ever compare him with Sachin.Sachin was and is and will be the best. And vinod dont forget Sachin had a major share in winning CB series down under with 2 back to back centuries. And next time when u post something make sure it makessome sense.Dada's expiry date has been reached.

It is said that because the Indian youth masterbate too much, they cannot bowl fast. What really baffles me is, that why cannot India produce a reall spinner!

If u don't mind being out for duck there is no problem at all with Murali and Mendis. This Rohit Sharma seems to be an upstart.

We all Know india Hasn't been a good bowling & Fielding side & last 1 year has proved it. I still can't understand why Mr. Prasad & Robin singh are paid huge amount as there is no improvement in Bowling & Fielding even with youngsters in the Team...Please spend this money on development of cricket then on these useless people..plz coment

And what about Indian batting, Sir? No other team has as consistent record of total collapse as the Indian Team. And the myth that Indians are very good players of Spin bowling, now stands exposed. And instead of asking why cannot India produce a decent fast bowler should now be replaced by 'Why cannot India produce a genuine spinner?'

You are right. Even the Godof Cricket has found fathoming Murali too difficult. As if Murali was not enough, this Mendis guy really leaves us with no chance.

Bull Shit
by sridhar k on Jul 10, 2008 08:50 AM  | Hide replies

Rohit Sharma is talking Bull shit, that because of them the CB series was won. Lets talk facts, Sachin failed for almost the entire series. But it was brilliant contributions from him in both finals wich clinched us the trophy and others played around him, further we should not forget the contributions of our pace bowlers. Without denying the fact that our fielding is any day better than with out ganguly/Dravid, but nowhere near comparision of Sri Lankan Fielding & South African Fielding which is ages ahead of our fielding, forget about Aussie fielding. Unfortunately we do not have bowlers for dead tracks. Aussie/SL & SA bowlers r any day better than our bowlers on dead tracks. Yuvi & Rohit & Raina, Robin r good only on flat tracks n friendly bowling. They do not have it in them to fight. Dhoni, atleast was trying to fight, was trying deny the inevitable, of playiing Mendis. I am completly for Youth, but I would always prefer either Dravid or Sachin to always be in the playing eleven to shepheard the troops. Right now only Dhoni seems to be doing that Job. These Batsmen should value thier wickets. Only Viru should have license to blast. Rest Only should know the difference between, 20-20, Test n One-Day Cricket.

In Indian team only one guy is the hero and match winner "SEHWAG". LET HIM PLAY THEIR OWN SHOT WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE.

All those buggers out here who say Dhoni is 29 must check their facts. Dhoni turned 27 just a couple of days back. Leave them alone guys. If you have the guts go and face the music. Stop cribbing so hard.

COMMONSENSE IS A RARE COMMMODITY IN INDIA, JOURNALISTS ARE NO EXCEPTION
by Vaibhav Krishna Sihorkar on Jul 09, 2008 10:56 PM  | Hide replies

Forget about Kotian, who is not the only one. If you see journalists and coresspondents in INDIA, they do lack a wisdom and commonsense to analyse, evaluate and ask precise and intelligent questions.

Probably, we as INDIANS are poor as a generation in critically evalauting situations. We go by emotions, extremisims and blind followings.

We lack hard and tough evaluations of the situations be it a politics, social stigma, sport or culture.

We are bifacial, dual personality, timid and opportunistic genes and like to do things which fetches us favors and not the accolodes.

Journlists are no different. Indeed they are pathetic including Mr. Kotian.

..and so called intellectual always carry container filled with criticism. Don't correct the system just abuse the system that's what we educated Indians do.
Fight for rights and stay away from duties and responsibilities, that's what we are today.

Good thoughts Vaibhav.
