its nice to know that. vvs has been a backbone of indian team especially at crucial times but he has been ignored deliberately. even if he plays fine, i doubt he will be picked up for the one dayer format. still there is lot of cricket in him which india can utilise. selectors knew he is v v competitive for one day format as well. i appeal to selectors to please please consider him for one day squad. we, the fans of laxman, want to see him playing in one dayers too. he is not like dravid who score just 10 runs out of 100 balls. and not like ganguly who plays politics. he is the gentle man of indian cricket.

I agree with you. He is very good stroke player, so he can play on 3rd no. in ODI and can utilize powerplay also.

totally agree with u. vvs improved test cricket in india.he faught well against australia.he is best talented technically, mentally test player.Dravid should feel ashamed of himself for ignoring such a kin of player.I am from chennai ,But i can tell u one thing is that, hyderabad and chennai people wont go to the streets and protest.if he got support ,he would have been there at the top. Both sachin, ganguly and dravid totally ignred him.But timehas gone.there is no place for him in ODI.But we will not forget his contribution in SA test,ENg test,Australia test,WI test, pakistan test.all we won,we lost only to aus. he is the best player in bowling pitch.he wont score heavily on batting pitch and get batting average.he is the team player.atleast some award shld be given to him...he is really unlucky and unlike ganguly and dravid, who are selfishand wont encourage others...
