It is because before coming into the super four India has won the match against pakistan and carried two points for that. Now as India won two matches in the super four so it gives four more points to India, that means overall six points for India. Similarly Srilanka also carried two points with him as he won against bangladesh before the super four. Srilanka also won two matches in super four (one against bangladesh and one against Pakistan) therefore srilanka also has six points (four plus two). Now pakistan entered into super four without any point and won two matches in the super four (one against India and one against bangladesh) so pakistan has only four points.
