i really don't understand ICC's error i.e they pardoned the criminal by mistake?? They give some sort of permission for us to play?? Are we still their colony. Harbajan was not proven so why so much fuss, he shouldn't even had 50% fine. why judge and ICC are complaining that Harbajan is saved, in my opinion Symond should have fined and Clark should have been banned for lying to judge.
If Australian team and ICC talk about Past record and violation of code of conduct set by ICC, then entire Australian team including Ponting should have been banned forever long long ago. Why any action is never taken against Ponting and his team. Why Symonds, who is route cause of the entire problem, was not given any punishment? Although he deserves tougher punishment than Harbhajan.

if past record was used harby would have been banned for life have you actualy read his priors, go right back to 1998 a month after his first game. how much more does India need a player like this, inzaman is the only other player that has slightly more priors to harby. so he is not a clean skin rather a petulant fool who will never learn because you lot baby him and lie, manipulate, and conive maybe if you let him take punnishment for his wayward ways he may become a better person and cricketer. BCCI management is not doing him any favours.
so stop your whining and whingeing and face the fact that you bought a persons ill gotten justice doesn't mean he is innocent.

Indian's need not be shy in filing complaints, but then it all goes to ICC!! But this statistic is used by ICC and Harbhajan statistics is a case.
