this is typical of indo-pak players!they credit the new coming coach!lol just to secure their positions! Sehwag sat for a series and now his "take for granted fuel levels" came to ground! simple!now he will play on this innings for sometime until he looses his form! common get real!He a player doesnt he know which gaurd to take and which ball to leave he aint a newbie!!!
If Sehwag had failed this news would not have come. We need to see what Kristen brings to the table. This indian team i think will be better off with the existing set up. Cricketers needs motivation and we need to believe in people. Sehwag and ganguly is an example of great comeback. Constant pressure of being replaced is the stick and motivation is the carrot which will keep the cricketes going

Now is the time when India and Srilanka can join hands against Australia, - in Australia !!!
In the upcoming ODI series, they should file complaints on every/any objectionable word behavior of a mite. It will kill Aus cricket, I am sure if they are able to get ban/punishment on a couple of thugs, that will send Australian cricket in coma for years.
They should record their objection with umpire whenever a 'mite' shows his character or demonstrates his 'culture'.
India SriLanka and Pakistan cricket teams should join hands - against Australia. The players should go after the mites (anyway this bacteria is no good, for the filthy 'culture' it spreads...)

We donot have such cheap sportsmanship as the Aussies have...We are not cry babies..means complaining everything to the umpire....It would be pleasant if we beat them in their own backyard......
Sehwag scored one triple hundred and many big hundreds including a 254(better than run a ball). But I did not c Garry Kirsten getting huge scores even in his prime.Another thing Sehwag was playing in his normal way until he gets hundred and he didn't seem to leave too many balls outside the offstump. He played according to situation after as he was the only well settled batsman and should have to keep his wicket at one end.I can't c the contribution of Kirsten in this.More over we were seen strokemakers struggle when they try to defend everything like Dhoni in Australia. So better leave Sehwag and let him play his natural game.

well, u agree or not, but we can see certain changes in the approach of Sehwag's batting. It may be due to little assistance of Kirsten, u can take it that way......please note one thing, no one can teach a player at the international stage...he (the coach) can only rectify his (player)defects......

This is what is expected from a coach and not like Grep Chapel who just demolished the players confidence - no coaching nothing.
Three Indians, two Sri Lankans and an Australian have been named as the winners in the inaugural Cricinfo Awards, which recognise the outstanding batting and bowling performances in all three forms of the game during 2007. List of winners
