Clarke has all the ''qualities'' to be a future captain
by Shashi Dharan on Jan 31, 2008 12:10 PM

Yep, 'mite', u have all the requisite 'qualities' to be vice captain and a future captain. CAB has also recognized this and are grooming you for this. You showed the typical Aussie good -jolly spirit when u alongwith ur present captain pushed a Union Minister off the stage in India. Your real talents were also showcase in Sydney recently. Your waiting for the Umpire's deciosn after cutting the ball to Dravid's hands was a real harbinger of ur virtues. Aussie cricket is in real good hands for the future. We expect to see Aluminium bats, Bats with Graphite, underarm bowling, etc. etc.

kill the mite!!!!

Hit while the iron is hot: "loha garam hai hathora chala do"

Now is the time when India and Srilanka can join hands against Australia, - in Australia !!!

In the upcoming ODI series, they should file complaints on every/any objectionable word behavior of a mite. It will kill Aus cricket, I am sure if they are able to get ban/punishment on a couple of thugs, that will send Australian cricket in coma for years.

They should record their objection with umpire whenever a 'mite' shows his character or demonstrates his 'culture'.

India SriLanka and Pakistan cricket teams should join hands - against Australia. The players should go after the mites (anyway this bacteria is no good, for the filthy 'culture' it spreads...)

best of luck to India and Sri-Lanka.

Good to see
by chris on Jan 31, 2008 05:32 AM

Australia treating T20 like the hit and giggle circus it is and just using it to blood young prospects. Don't see why Ponting would be risking further damage to his back so soon after Adelaide in this joke of a match though, hopefully he'll be a late withdrawal along with Symonds with his ankle problem. Lee deserves a rest also, but India would cry foul as alot of Indian Women tune in for the Lee factor.

Manoj Tiwary????
by Cricket fan on Jan 30, 2008 04:08 PM  | Hide replies

In Ranji, Manoj has performed badly except double ton in the first match, two month back. Kaif and Badrinath is performing well in Ranji consistently. Also Kaif hit 160 in Dulip trophy recently. He is in good form, as well as a excelent fielder and great motivator in the field, which will help Dhoni in the field. Why Kaif and Badri is getting ovelooked???

Good question. We do not have a better fielder than Kaif and none more sensible than Kaif as a batsman. He has also got the talent. Real mystery why he is completely forgotten

Because he is erratic and not consistent, which we need in international cricket. He should prove himself for atleast 6 month. Competition is growing in Indian cricket

Badrinath
by vsgiri on Jan 30, 2008 01:54 PM

Badrinath is senior to Manoj and has experience of Australian conditions. He has played and scored important runs under Kaif led India A team last year and it would have been wiser to put him instead of Manoj Tiwari whose recent performance is not that good.

Clarke is a chamcha of Pointing so definetly he will be vice captain. Probably captain even if he fails.

Australia haven't beaten india in 20-20 so it dosn't matter who plays or who don't,even bradman team will not able to beat india .india is true 20-20 champ and 20-20 bradman is yuvraj, yuvraj should retire from all other cricket form to continu his bradmanisqu form in 20-20.
