indians are the most racist people in the world
by carolynn lohan on Feb 03, 2008 03:31 PM

everyone knows that aussies are arrogant and abusive, its a well known fact over the years, but atleast they wont fight among themself, unlike in indian dressing rooms,, there has been allways a rift between mumbai vs the others, biharis are not welcome in mumbai , while tamilians hate hindi speaking people , none realise that everyone is living in the same big country, its a big shame

Smooth shift - THINK ABOUT IT !
by Nand on Feb 01, 2008 10:38 AM

I think everyone is missing a rather serious point here, the hullabullo that the aussie media is creating and pontings statement that his players are very upset with the harbajhan verdict is all distractive strategy to steer away from the main issue, which was certainly the umpiring in the sydney test.If the BCCI was really all that smart, they should have targetted the umpiring issue then & there, if all those notorious (bucknor & benson) decisions that went against India were questioned, and contested(pls remember it wasn' just a stray mistake an umpire makes once in a while)The very outcome of the sydney test would have been different,BCCI should have used its so called 'clout' to make that test null and void! The series (which will go down in history as a victory for Australia) would have ended otherwise!THIS is what the Australians feared! and they played their cards very well. The racist issue got highlighted, the umpiring issue swept under the carpet!History will show they won 16 tests in a row & also a series victory, harbajhan issue will be forgotten! Real score:Cricket Australia=1, BCCI =0 !! Think about it! it was a smooth shift from what the Australians really FEARED!

HANSEN IS RIGHT !!!
by Sharad Saxena on Feb 01, 2008 12:52 AM

Many of my friends are angry over Mr hansen that why he did not punish Symonds even though he accepted that he provoked Harbhajan first....

Actually u people dont know the judicial laws....A MENTALLY RETARTED PERSON ' s STATEMENT HAS NO MEANING

And mr Hansen knew it when he listened Symonds who told entirly different story in front of Hansen, Symonds said I am not sure what Harbhajan told but he told something......

So Me Hansen decided better not to consider this (AADHA PAGAL) mentally retarded Symonds bcoz next day he will tell some other story...and he did not punish him.....hahahaha

kill the mite !

Hit while the iron is hot: "loha garam hai hathora chala do"

Now is the time when India and Srilanka can join hands against Australia, - in Australia !!!

In the upcoming ODI series, they should file complaints on every/any objectionable word behavior of a mite. It will kill Aus cricket, I am sure if they are able to get ban/punishment on a couple of thugs, that will send Australian cricket in coma for years.

They should record their objection with umpire whenever a 'mite' shows his character or demonstrates his 'culture'.

India SriLanka and Pakistan cricket teams should join hands - against Australia. The players should go after the mites (anyway this bacteria is no good, for the filthy 'culture' it spreads...)

best of luck to India and Sri-Lanka.

by ssddssdd on Jan 31, 2008 03:42 AM

good news! Those whose history is all about racism now complain about it :) Wow, world has come full circle. Money talks, as US and the west had always shown . So now where is the issue in India or Indians using their money power to prove their point. Kudos to everyone involved, keep going.

SHAME
by Deepa on Jan 30, 2008 03:37 PM

WORLD cricket authorities have caved in to the game's financial superpower, India, and Cricket Australia has incurred the wrath of its own Test players by pressuring them to drop a racial slur charge against Harbhajan Singh.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India had even chartered a plane to take its players home tomorrow if the Indian player's three-Test suspension - for calling Australia's Andrew Symonds a monkey during the Sydney Test - had not been overturned at yesterday's appeal in the Federal Court in Adelaide.

Cricket Australia was anxious to have the charge dropped because it feared its board would be sued for a figure understood to be about $60 million if India quit the tour. India's broadcast partner, ESPN, owns the lucrative contract to beam cricket from Australia into the subcontinent. If ESPN sued successfully, it could take 10 years to recoup the losses, Cricket Australia told the players.

But the Australian cricketers were understood to be furious last night after the International Cricket Council lifted the ban and instead fined the controversial spinner half his match fee.

It is understood the Australians had expected Harbhajan would be hit with a one-match ban and were dismayed to hear he had avoided any meaningful punishment.

One Australian player, who refused to be named, told the Herald last night: "The thing that pisses us off is that it shows how much power India has. The Aussie guys aren't going to make it up. The players are frustr
