Harbajan is known to be a badly behaved character.If he indeed called Symonds a monkey despite an earlier warning,he needs to be banned.There is no need to make it an India issue wherein everyone has to shout hoarse about the nation's honour.If he did not use the word he shd be defended and India can take offence at unfair trial.Did he or did he not?

Yeah, yeah the aussies are the most well behaved characters around. I think when someone represents the nation and as serious a charge as this is made then the nation's honour is equally important. How does the filthy crude language used by the australian cricket team be better than calling someone a monkey. Yes no business calling Symonds a monkey, we definitely condemn that but please make sure that at the same time, same yardstick is applied to the australian team too. Please dont base your judgement on media writings.

I don't agree with you even if it can be proved that he used those words. Firstly, Monkey does't represent any specific race and so is not a racist word. It is a general word that represents childish or mischievous behaviour and certainly a far better word than calling someone 'bastxxx" ( a word that indeed suggest a person's origin). Monkey is merely a simple word and as all human beings share their genetic origin with monkeys, it cannot be linked to any specific race. From the available reports and Sachin's comments, it only appears that Harbhajan was talking in a ligher vein. Ponting used it only to divert people's attention from their own misbehaviour and poor umpiring.
Why BCCI is blackmailing ICC by threatening to abandon ODI??????? Mic evidence may be more conclusive than others. If bhajji hasn't said anything, why is BCCI so defensive. Why don't they allow a fair trial???????

now they are talking about some new evidence, then on what basis they accused harbhajan in the first enquiry even Mike Procter repeating that he believed that harbhajan used the word monkey but on what basis ????not a single official is answering this??

It's because in somany days, th4e evidence would have been doctored to include statements similar to the racial slurs.So the evidence without thorough forensic analysis , should not accept at all. BCCI is 100% correct here.
BCCI Maharaj; don't make comments only but do what you say and make the ICC to realiaze that they are not only supporting guilty one but inspiring them to keep this bloody business on2
Australians players targeted two players Bhajji & sreesanth. Bhajji is in trouble and BCCI should save sreesanth. You remember what Symonds said before leaving India. " Indians will have tough summer ahead in Australia". BCCI should call off the tour immediately. Where this new evidence comes from? Sachin,umpires no body heard anything, but to save procter,symonds,ponting, ICC does this drama. India would have not withdrawn the complaint against Hogg.
Can't fault Indians for failing to give Aussies back in kind when they want to vent their anger or frustrations - they don't know how to twist english lang for that use. It is BCCI's responsibility to show them how and what to say on the field while keeping on the right side of ICC. I'm sure Aussies know that instinctively. We must be able to stand tall, look them in the eye, and say without batting an eyelid!
the best soultion would be to ban ICC headed by Malcom speed(Racist-aussie) ,Australian cricket(racists),proctor(racist-saf),Hansen(racist-NZ) for next 3 months.
Mainly Australian Media televison 9 should be banned for airing any more cricket matches.This media is very very famous for tampering the video footage and stump cam view.Whoever follow cricket will not have a diffenent opinion on this...
u might have seeen the hawk-eye prediction different for indian batsmen and very much different for aussies and same the footage for critical catches.This happens there last 25 years or so...so the aussie televison 9 is the real culprit of all...

That's the root cause of all problems. The worst performing team won the Sydney match and best performing team lost it. The real culprits were umpires and aussie players (for misusing the "fielder's word" clause). If indeed it was all in fair spirit, Aus would have lost the match on 4th day itself.
This piece of news in really surprising because when the incident first occurred.. the newspapers(both indian and aussie) said that the stump microphones didn't pick up anything. so where is this new evidence coming from?
