It is amazing on how many test matches Sachin had won for Indian team.
Statistician would know it better. But it is fair to say that Almost every century of Sachin results in Indian team win.
Sachin never takes too much pride in his personal milestones and awards. He only cares about his team wins, he hardly gives too much importance about statistics and personal milestones.

Sachin is not only a legendary Cricketer , but also a great humble human being as well .Many a times success makes people arrogant or complacent /casual .Sachin is an exception .Even today we do not find him in any 'On or Off the field contraversies '. Her is highly disciplined. He is truly a 'Role Model', for Cricketers as well as normal people in any field because he has shown how to handle success . That is secret of of his SUCCESS !sful .

In your dreams. India winning or not winning WC has nothing to do with Sachin. Ask 10 other players to perform consistently first, not one or two game wonders.
