Well well well... !!!

Mr. Hayden:
If Indians were bowling 4 stumps wide, umpires would have called them wides..

In fact the amount of defensive prods (which means that the ball was reachable, yet played away for no runs) the Aussies displayed on the 3rd day (which is supposed to be heavenly for batting in Adelaide); the Australian defensive mind-set (don't lose this test for love of mike!!) was fully exposed.
If Hayden is lashing out, it is purely out of disappointment and in anticipation of his countrymen shouting against such supid batting display.
Tomorrow every visiting team will shout in his fashion - Australians are very defensive.. they don't let us score and bowl us out before we settle in.. :-)
Cheers Mr. Hayden. And sorry you actually couldn't win this test for yourself and as a farewell to Gilly. You also couldn't live up to the predicted 4-0 whitewash... I really feel sorry for you!

ausi innings analysis.

ausi innings analysis throughout the last decade.
first 5 batsman scores, say 200 runs but the last 5 batsman also scores around 200 runs.
this was the winning formula for ausi n gilchrist was the major contributor to take the tail with him.

the most lovable player among the ausi
by . on Jan 26, 2008 11:25 PM

gilchrist. even his rivals n fans in ind hv respect for him. the exceptional gentleman among the ugly sledgers. his battng was a delight to watch. he used to shoulder all the responsibility to extend the ausi score even when he came in to bat at no. 7 n used to play innings with the help of no. 8, 9 and 10 batsman. great batsman n keeper.

it may lead to downslide for the ausi in future. during 2005 ashes loss by ausi, sourav commented that eng were lucky to win the series coz gilly was nt in good form.

Hayden the big loudmouth....
by Ashish Shah on Jan 26, 2008 11:11 PM

Hayden has always had a very big mouth! When Australia beat India 4-2 in the recent ODI series, he siad that he gets sadistic pleasure in silencing Indian crowds! Now, Irfan, bhajji, Kumble will silence the aussie crowds tomorrow in Adelaide...
Then i would want to see the face of Hayden..

I remember Geoff marsh and saying that India would not be able to win a single match here in Australia..similarly Hayden too taled oof the difficulties Idians would face..

I think either they were overconfident or they underestimated the Indian team.....possible they have always resorted to some tactics to win..no doubt they are a good team..but more often they show unsportmanship and try to win by hook and crook...
So I think at this juncture Hayden's statement really shows what is there in their mind..possibly they are a bit frustrated as things did not go their way..even thier media criticised them...they could not go for a clean sweep..somewhere in the middle they seem to find it hard to digest the fact that they are not invincible....they seem to have lost their momentum..

BIG JOKE

This just shows how much the aussies are 'CHEAP'. Cant they admire the challenged faced from Indian team. In the last series in Australia, Shane warne was continuously bowling on wide leg stump against Sachin Tendulkar and that was the first time Sachin got stumped in Tests. Wasnt it a negative strategy to bowl in legside continuously? Why Hayden didnt feel that it was a negative strategy???? SHUT YOUR MOUTH HAYDEN

Aussies can't digest that they are getting challenged so they have all type of theories.
The day is not far when these arrogantr Aussies will be beaten by other sides - How long will they make excuses - we all can see when their umpire is not playing how they perform

hey ashutosh!

It is indians like YOU who can't digest the fact that the aussies are the world champions in cricket! If you can't digest the bitter truth, please stop finding fault with them!
