Very true. People who watch and promote the game and BCCI should not blame. For others, it doesn't matter since they are not going to shell out any money.

Look Mukesh Ambani got Mumbai team for 111.9 million and he beat Mallya's bid of 111.6 million. Mallya also bidded for Mumbai's team. He must have a rat in BCCI. This is what their Dad did all his life and Now his both sons are doing same.
