seems to be a good one. But anyway scrap the test matches to 3 or 4 days as with greater use of technology no way a game can go upto the 5th day.

It is good idea. It should be implemented by ICC. Each team should be given 90 Overs each in both inings. So That under any circumstances it will be completed by 4 days. If a team batting first( who has the qouta of 90 overs to bat) gets all out in 60 Overs, Then fielding team will come and bat their qouta of 90 Overs. The Followon policy should be scrapped. Another rule should also be implemented. If bats first scores 300 runs by completing their qouta of 90 Overs, but the team batting second comes and scores 330 runs in their qouta of 90 overs. In the second inings first team again comes and scores 375 runs. Then the second inings target for the second team will be 345runs. So they are supposed to score 345 runs in 90 overs. If they are not able score the required runs they result should be they loose the match irrespective whether they have the wickets in hand or not. In this way results will be their for all the matches and people will start seeing taking interest in seeing those matches.
