Bucknor saved use from disgraced defeat
by mihir on Jan 15, 2008 06:48 PM  | Hide replies

controversial defeat is better than disgraced defeat. I hope most of the indians will agree with me. How can the bottomless team which could not even qualify to super 8, dream of defeating World champs australia. We should be thankful that he showed indians there aukaad

Mihir,
Are you going mad. India would have beaten Aussie had he given our to Symonds in the first inning (Australia's score was 126/6). He gave many wrong decisions against Indians. It seems you are as stupid as Buckner. Shame on you.

Oye Hero.......

Kaun si aukaad ki baat kaar raha hai???? Tujhe sharam nahi aati aise kehte hue... Racism ka charge aur wo bhi kisi player pe(irrespective of sport/game he is playing) jo aapne desh ko represent kaar raha hai, yeh pure desh ke liye sharm ki baat hai......... Tujhe aapne aap ko hindustani kehte hue sharm aani chahiye.............

Terrible caption..!!
by sriram prasad on Jan 15, 2008 06:36 PM  | Hide replies

After I saw the caption as "controversial umpire Steve Bucknor"... I felt bad.

Rediff could have just named it as "Spotted umpire Bucknor"... its captioned as if "controversial" was his surname. This clearly has shown rediff's cheap mentality of raking the issue whenever it finds a chance.

Guys... people do mistakes... but that doesn't mean he should be tagged like that for life!!!
