we just need india to keep winning as many as possible. we had a bit of too many things going against our way in sydney. at the very least we could have saved the game. however, even after a week the controversy is still alive thanx to a mumbling idiot in symonds. why doesnt the ICC have mandatory instructions in place for the players not to inflame passions - or defend themselves again and again in this case. its just shows that symonds has been upto mischief all the while. at this rate - the verbal volley will continue from one side forever. if things come to such a pass and if the aussie behaviour does not improve, its best that icc is disregarded and india breaks away from icc form another group thats independent of rogue teams such as australia.

ICC is not a professional body.. it is moreof political body which is politically influenced by countries like India ,Pakistan and is mostly funded by India. Pakistan is able to protect its interest by riding on the shoulders of BCCI ,whereas Indian players are left high & dry by BCCI which is a group driven by greed of money & position... Why else fellows like Lalit Mody, Niranjan Shah should be there. Jagmohan was also there for money and he made sure that he shared the wealth with ICC and always supported Pakistan f for ICC top position. Pakistan has two umpires in ICC elite panel but India has none.. Great shame for India.. Indian public Halla Bol!!!!!!
The message I am going to display is a long one and might not fit in enough space. So I would continue my message even in reply column...Thank you.
HERE IS MY MESSAGE:-- I have seen many messages that appreciates Australia and justifies their victory. There are also many messages that asks India to 'grow-up' and not to act like kids on their defeat. The true Australian cricket fans know what had happened during the second test match. India was at the receiving end, thanks to the umpires. Let's forget about the racial slur or the uncanny sportmanship displayed by the Australians on the final day.
Let's review the match again. Let's see the actual result of the match if the umpires would've not committed the following blunders:-
First Innings - Score 463
Blunder 1# Australian skipper Ricky Ponting nicked a Sourav Ganguly delivery going to the leg side to wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Ponting, who was at 17, did not walk as Benson turned down the appeal. The skipper went on to score 55. -- Ponting 17 instead of 55 (scored 38 more runs) -- So after the first blunder, the actual score should be 463-38 = 425.
Blunder 2# The blunder which probably changed the course of the match. All rounder Andrew Symonds edged Ishant Sharma to Dhoni but to the horror of the fielding side, Bucknor remained unmoved. -- Symonds was at 35 Symonds was given another reprieve when the third umpire shockingly erred in giving him not o

........MESSAGE CONTINUE 1............
Symonds was given another reprieve when the third umpire shockingly erred in giving him not out on a stumping appeal. Symonds was at 48. The right hander went on to score an unbeaten 162 to take Australia to safety after being 134 for six.
--So even if he could've been given out at 48 instead of 162 (scored 114 more runs) -- So after the second blunder, the actual score should be 425 - 114 = 311
Remember I have not included the plumb LBW decisions that's been turned down by the umpires during the first innings. There were atleast 4 decisins that went against India.
So Australia's actual first innings score should be - 311 runs India's first innings score - 532 runs So the actual India lead should be 221 runs
Second innings - Blunder #1 Benson does it again, Hussey edged one from RP Singh to Dhoni but the umpire were unmoved. Hussey was on 45 at that time and went on to score an unbeaten 145.
--Hussey 45 instead of 145 (100 more runs) --So Australia's actual score should be 401 - 100 = 301
Australia declared their innings with 3 wickets left including Hussey. So if we would've excluded him from the calculations the actual score should've read 301/8 declared. But if Austarlia should've not declared that there are always possibilities that India would've taken the last two wickets quickly. Even if Austarlia would have made any partnership, let's say a maximum of 50 runs to the least.

.........MESSAGE CONTINUE 2.................. So eventually Australia's second innings would've ended at 351 runs.
So after all the above scenarios, the actual scores woul've finally read as,
AUSTRALIA - 311 RUNS (1ST INN) & 351 RUNS (2ND INN) INDIA - 532 RUNS (1ST INN)
India's actual target would be 131 runs.
India scored 210 runs. However when the score was at 131, India were 5 wickets down.
So India eventually won the second test by 5 wickets.
The umpires did it all for Australia.
Let me be frank. I love Australian cricket because of the high level of professionalism that's been shown by the players. But at Sydney, it was upside down. I was very much disappointed.
I hope that there shouldn't be anymore blunders in the remaining two tests. Let the best team win with true spirit. All the best for both teams!!

If you are looking at decisions as wrong based on replays (using technology) then pls include LBWs as well In Australia's first innings: Ponting given out at 55 Brett Lee given out out LBW when he was 50 In India's 1st innings: Tendulkar survived a plumb LBW to Clarke in 50s Laxman survived a plumb LBW to Lee when in 30s
So deduct 170 from India's innings and the net result is not difficult to calculate !!
Symonds gave hints(coded message) that he is being utilized by Ozzie's: >> Symonds says that "monkey" comments from friends is not racist and from rival are considered racist. But since India is a rival team, the Ozzie have coined "monkey" as racist term >> Symonds admitted that he was caught on Ishant bowling. That was bold and India should not nail him for exposing the wrong decision. Know that Symonds is paid by the Ozzie and we can offer him a place in ICL some day when he wants to walk out of Ozzie's shackles and BCCI India XI.
Symonds being on Ozzie side cannot give more hints that can benefit India. Know this guy is being utilized by Ozzie's. Clue for India - India should go easy on culprit and hard on the brains behind the culprit. Bishop from Carribean said that "monkey" is not racist word. I think world cannot be subverted and go to the brains behind the culprit.

agreed. accepted. if australians have such umpires like bucknor & benson and a match referee like proctor, and filthy supporters like U, india is sure to be at 5th position where as aussies will be definitely in A Plus Plus Plus..... 1 position
There are Aussie supporter cricketers who have been saying on Aaj tak that forget the past and move on. They don't really have deserv to be on the National TV. Looks like they don't care about the reputation of country.
Grow up Malcom Speed!! Stop crying like babies!! Every now and then when India does somedthing there is an outcry from ICC. 1) When Indian's celebrated T-20 has world cup visctory, ICC cried that was not a world cup
2) Today when we have equalt pts as Sri Lanka (109) they say we are on 3rd position
Infact BCCI must stop all funding toICC. Malcom Speed should not forget that his salary come from BCCI.

its not about where your money comes from, its about doing the best possible job for cricket. The icc should stop bieng scared of bcci, they should also do a goood job. Right now icc is nothing. It seems bcci is running cricket thats why we are no where
The question is not about who said wat? but its the shoolboyish attitude that has upset the indians.Ex- cricketers have admitted being called worser things than "monkey" and still continued playing. What is upsetting is that, heres a team that has not only sledged and abused teams in the past and present but just cant take it when it is given back to them. They hate the guts of the indians,we had them withing 400 in the first test, and almost got them bad in the second, they felt the complaint would push india on the backfoot but didnt know it would boomerang on them. They r hurt even more now that their own countrymen turned their backs to them. And Bhajji piece of advice bro, call him donkey brains the next time u meet him.
India should stop playing cricket like fish market.Utilise money ant time in other sectors. Make Cricket as Olympic Game and played during that time only to decide numbers. Till that time let everybody prepare for Olympic.
On my opinion, BCCI shd have little soft on Harbhajan case, becasue Harbhajan might have used slur agnst aussis player.. Instead BCCI shd have sytrongly urged to declare the result of sydney test void. Because they won that test by cheating and help of umpires only. Indian had better chance to win that test, if Sysmonds wud have been given out in 1st inings, and even had chance to draw if dravid and ganguly was not wrongly given out !! So why to fight for harbhajan ?/ I think, still BCCI can urge to declare Sysdney test result as void.. then cheater aussis can learn something.
