We should demand and independent,impartial enquiry strictly based on facts insted of pressurising ICC to absolve Harbhajan of all the charges. Being an Indian and having support of 1100 million people does not absolves him of all the charges. Let the truth come out.
Indian secularism assumes lot of things some of which are
a. A black can not be raceist b. A minority community person can not be communal c. A dalit cannot be casteist. etc etc
Such logic can work in india but certainly not at international level.

It is probably a 10% of all racism, communalism and casteism that comes out. In order to be fair, some time justice would wait until offense from a minority or dalit reach that 10%. In fact, the laws are not that strict in India against any of this racism or communalism or casteism. Most of the Indians should have served some sentence in their life time then. hen.
Like my friend Dileep Amboj said we should form our own cricket association and exclude all the white nations and players (and Andrew Symonds. We will make much more money than the ICC will ever make! India Pak ODI matches already extract more money than the Ashes series

mr higgins as you say you are an indian and and in your passport if you ahve one you will find that your religion is not mentioned as india is secular country by constitution and you have every right to freedom of speech .but please note that many prominent indians /test cricketers such as Rusi Surti who migrated to austrlia had tough time dealing with racism and had to go through depression and were even denied promotion in their jobs because of the racial austrlian tendencies of his superior officers .this is a fact and you can check and confirm from documents which are available.please explain how your subordinates are harassing you and how can you call your friens if they are indeed your friens racist.Rusi Surti who was a test cricketer and moigrated to austrlai and had do job in fire fighting deptt ? had narrated his mi9sery and tale of woe which are confirmed and are on record.Please do not feel sorry for being india and remember you have full freedom of speech and though you are suppsed to not famous as test cricketer rusi surti who had to do blue collered/menial job in austrlia under less capable white austrlians .India is made of all kinds of people of many religions and ethnic groups including your goodself! amarjit

Then you shouldn't be here in India. Try with other countries, where you can save yourself from so called "racial abuse". Also, this is not the place to mention this. You are not going to get anything out of this. If you really want to improve upon the conditions then accept India as your country and try to make it a better place to live. By the way, if I accept your allegation (in which I have no belief by the way) then also which country doesn't have its limitations. It all depends on how people take it..

Why do we need to play with other ICC nations? pull out of it if needed. Think again... Why only Indian players would get penalized for over appealing, why not aussies?? Why only subcontinent players are called 'chuckers'? I call this as actual racial abuse...Why should all Indian money go out of the country? Lets build IPL strong and compete with ICL...Like NBA and NFL, we can play within ourseleves and keep all money in our country...

we wont pull out of ICC..we shud show all the gora langoor(white) nations what we're made of...just bcoz we're browns they cant bully us around..all subcontinent teams shud have a joint group like SCCB(Sub-Continent Cricket Control Board) or Non White Countries Cricket Board it shud include black nations like West Indies which wud make us a strong grup and the whites wont dare raise a finger for nothin'! And symonds, will never dare take advantage of his race.
