In earlier days great player including current renowned players were playing county crickets in England including some famous cricketers but were not banned any time by their national cricket board. But when it comes to ICL arranging matches like county in India , it is different case because it is organised in India.
Essel group is spending its own money to woo the foreign players. But BCCI is spending our money to give it to the foreign players. If they had really wanted that Cricket in India should grow, then the BCCI should have contracted most of the players from India and a few from other countries. Instead they ahve more foreign players in IPL, and in what way it is going to help Indian Cricket, only God Knows. This perverted Pawar and group want to swindle the money in the name of Cricket. At the end of the day, we the spectators are made fools.
shane bond was offered 3.5 crores to join icl..which is 3 times higher than his contract wit nz cricket board...at the end of the day...these players play for money..but not for the country

So what do you mean do you justify NewZealand cricket board banning players who play for ICL.
