Lee's comments about un=mpiring blunders
by chandrasenan UNNI on Jan 04, 2008 05:19 AM

How come it balances out when the Aussies are in trouble and in the series they are 1-0 up and the worst thing is that the same guy gets 3 or 4 chances in the same innings. If it happens to the Aussies regularly rather than the tourists(India, Pakisthan, South Africa, England and Sri Lanka) what will be Lee's attitude. So u have two standards.
1. When Aussies are in good position, batsmen should walk(Aussies and the opposition)
2. When Aussies are in trouble, dont walk even if u r out.
Even the gentleman in the team, Adam Gilchrist used to appeal for Caught behind even though he is 100 times sure that there is no nick: what kind of morals u have . Unfortunately in the game's record only the result will come , not the side shows done by Bucknor or Benson or the unfair dismissal of Andrew Strauss 3-4 times in the Ashes or the no of chances Hayden and Symmonds got during thir double century partnership.
Lee says about human errors- what about the third umpire's mistake mate. He is paid to watch all these videos and make a decision. all these technologies are in his disposal. Even then if he makes a mistake, it is 100% sure that he is not good for the job or he is fanatically patriotic to save Aussies out of danger.
So instead of blabla bla playing down game come to the point, You wanted to win by hook or crook not in a fair way.
My dear Lee please check all the dismissals of the tourists from 2000 and the appeals made by the tourists agaist your mates and compare. Mate you
