Aussie players were either raised in the jungle by wild animals or by humans who were retarded or criminal minded. They should be sent back to English prisons to learn some civilized behavior. In fact I wish they were insulted during IPL bids, when India Inc should not have bid for a single Australian player. Imagine their injury, when all players would have been relegated to "reserve pool". It doesnt make sense that they insult our players and India Inc doles out great offers to such players. In fact BCCI should make attempts to make sure that umpires and ICC personnel are not from Aussie origin. They are not worth it.

Hayden has brought it upon himself....
by Adnan on Mar 01, 2008 03:59 PM  | Hide replies

Hayden made some needless noises! Now Indias would be wondering why he said anything like that and then feel that he was "insenstive" and "sad" because he had to be "offically" warned!
NO POINTS SCORED MR.HAYDEN...INFACT IT IS ONLY POINTS LOST FOR YOU!

And some fantastic entertainment provided in the bargain, as well..

Haydo's untimely radio antics were really comical and have provided much needed relief and merriment to the visiting guests. Haydos is a generous host.

And we are laughing our way to watch the exciting match at the SCG.. :-)

So it was entertainment for the Australian public at the expense of Hayden...there is difference between being funny and being downright offensive and silly...Now Hayden's obsession for ONEUPMANSHIP has been counterproductive!!! good for him!

It was every bit an entertainment for the Indian public as well.. I for one couldn't stop laughing at the "good" judgment of the big mouth..

Just look at his timing! No better time to put his foot in his mouth. :-)
And actually what did he say? Nothing of substance. Nothing that could have been brushed away with a "so what?".. :-)

Got himself reprimanded in the process however, and got called foolish by his own media.

Now ...even Hussey spoke yesterday about "if we can keep emotions out of the game"!! All this is a sign of Aussies under some pressure!

Ponting still not in form...
by Adnan on Mar 01, 2008 03:54 PM  | Hide replies

124 last sunday need not be read into too much...Ponting looks and still is out of form and looks "Outable" any ball...Ishant Sharma and Munaf have to make early inroads and open up their "fragile" batting order!

Boss, even in that "124" match he was dropped early by Rohit off Ishant.. Else who knows what his home crowd would have made of him, especially after his subsequent failure yesterday.. :-)

Absolutely...I have a gut-felling that this Aussie capital will fail in the finals as well!

Middle order of Australia has been brittle we can get em!

Ponting, Symonds, Clarke, Hussey: 4 Aces?
by Another Indian on Mar 01, 2008 03:47 PM  | Hide replies

These aces were trumped and trounced at MCG on Friday.

Are the Indians goint to follow suit? Ishant & Bhajji, be prepared..

If the Aussie middle order crumples once more, Indians will surely have a home run.

I am looking forward to an exciting match tomorrow! Are you?

out of these 4 only clarke & hussey has shown some resistance against our pacers and seem to be in good form. Other 2(ponting & symonds) are just busy talking and making headlines for their slaves (ashish, promod, ritwik et al).
Hoping for a good contest, but the game seems to be in favour of india

Poor captain
by heroraja on Mar 01, 2008 01:32 PM

Watever people says ponting remains as the worst ever captain in Aussie history. There r always two things.Winning and get respect for that win.Ponting and his gang never bothered about getting the respect they shd get after winning.Anybody will talk highly of Clive lyod and richards from WI in 70s and 80s,border,talyor and stevewaugh for later generation of Captains of a champ side.No one can speak of ponting as highly as we speak about the above other captains.he remains a blackspot in Aussie cricket history.Shame on ricky.Hayden and symonds r encourage by ricky to get after indian bowlers.Without ponting's support hayden and symnods would not have gone so far.
