we have to observe when politicians will become chairmens like now at what stage is our indian cricket stands, observe past 4 years. They just says & shows some stories only, this is our FATE of indian cricket. Don't enter the political guys especially CONGRESS PARTY they are one of our INDAIN'S 'SHANI GALLU'

You are missing the point - it is for veterans only because no one with a chance to play for their country will join that league. That is the whole point of what Buchanan is saying. Right now youngsters are not joining ICL only because they want to have a chance to play for their country. ICL was created to grow players at the grassroots level - and look at IPL it does not even have unknown players - youngsters - who need to get better training, coaching and money to be able to make a career out of cricket. You dont know how many young talented kids have to make a choice between cricket and feeding their family. They are the ones that ICL wants to save. So, I wonder what will BCCI do - if some day a young and poor "sachin" will join ICL to earn a living and is grows up to be a 18-yr old who is better than any batsmen in the Indian team? Will they deny him and a cricket-loving country the privilege to watch this in player in their national team? Instead what BCCI is doing is to try and kill ICL and make yet another money-making business for the international stars. These guys need more time off from cricket dont they - so why create a totally financial league for them?? ICL is giving youngsters the benefit to play & learn from International stalwarts - BCCI is giving them yet another "show" to just watch their idols!! Shame on BCCI!!

bcci is simply trying hide what they were doing till now only playing their relatives in indian team which will get exposed by icl
