The aussies have free use of words like F---, motherf-----,b------- and so on on the field. These words are those that i have never uttered in anger against anyone all my life. They are edited out of movies and even discussion boards. I definitely wouldn't like my kids to learn them. But there is only one place in the media where kids can learn it--watching a match involving Australia. Ok i admit it is in their culture to use such words under the banner of sledging and isnt thought of as offensive in their country. But why do we have to expose our culture to such abuse? So my view is sledging or not all abusive words should be banned in public places especially on a sport that is being televised. You can sledge without being abusive. Hogg may think calling the Indians B------ is light hearted banter but abuse is abuse. I feel it should be banned on the cricket filed-do all u can in private but please please not in public view. And then start explaining in the papers why you used that word. All abusing should be banned and invite heavy penalties. Playing hard doesn't give the license to abuse fellow players and make them angry so that they reply back and get punished--the inciters should be punished too.

Yeah absolutely. IPL is happy, BCCI is happy, Indian fans are happy and Sri Lankans are happy. That's what I call as a perfect Win-Win situation! Bravo to IPL.
Mr.Dhoni has 2 reply this before crying foul>>>>Don't u know the rules of cricket resricting use of excess webs between 2 fingers? And u admitted that u have been using these in test series against Ausralia. You were pardoned by both Australia team & refree; umpires bot. But u r in bad list today; which you know that. Ask ur bowlers(srisnath;Bhajji & Sharma) not to show abnormal gesture towards batsmen when thwy are uot. Learn some manners Mr.Dhoni..!!

Watch the last catch taken by Gilchrist against Sri lanka. the catch caught in the edge of the webbing--and if u watch carefully it is bigger than Dhon's. The aussies should look at themselves before pointing fingers. Gilchrist should be penalised for using such gloves all his career. but then aussies dont see their sledging too as a fault.

GIlly gets the same kind of gloves a clean chit. The match refree needs to verify each and every piece of equipment before the match ? It would be like kindergarden then... SHow me ur teeth are they white, show me your nails and so on
