Dear Cricket (note, I have said Cricket) lovers. Just like all good things come to an end, real Cricket has come to an end too.
These are the days for low-level businesspeople, cheap film stars and politicians to rule the roost, and now they are screwing with the public through Cricket as well.
T20 was always a tamasha and is going to be more so. the unfortunate thing is that the great game of Cricket is the casualty.
Morons (whose brain do not allow them to appreciate and understand real cricket) will immediately come to the defense of this money circus by saying (a) this will provide money to the players and improve their cricket skills!!!!!! (b) that folks like us should chill because we need to change with the times!!!
my response: (a) what skill are they talking about? t20 does not develop any "Cricket" skills. there is no test of stamina, art of bowling, driving the ball etc. T20 is a cheap imitation of American Baseball, with full length balls designed to be hit for 4s and 6s. this is not real cricket and does not develop cricket skills. And why should players get some much money when the rest of the society settles for much less? (b) about changing with time, per this logic we should not like Mozart's music or SD Burman's songs as well, right? all of us should dance to moron Himesh Reshmaiya's torture or rap music
When morons from nowhere like Lalit Modi are calling the shots, what can you expect?

Hi friends ,I like Robin Uthappa 4 his attitude than for his game skill.
* He is the only one who has walked down the track on world's second fastest bowler with ball shooted 150< km/h (Lee) * First to raise as "fire to fire" against Aussies sledging when most senior closed their lips against Ausssies * He is a opener (Ranji & First class) but he is forced to come @ No.7 just to give more time at crease to Yuvi n Tendulkar
Please dnt take his words in negative way - i feel he his one among the new guys who's really have confident on himself.
let a leader rise - dnt wish him bad @ his budding stage.
If he scores triple digit on board once then india will surely get a new match winner - Robby should be dropped 4m team only if he fail to prove himself as opener / no 2 / @ no 3 thrice.

That's what I thought, until yesterday. I think he fared better than some other hyped up "superstars" and "icons"
IPL is India prostitution league.... Selling and buying players.. BCCI and Lalit Modi have made few errors which will cost them heavily
--> Why would anyone go and cheer Mumbai at Wankhede, when players from other states and countries will be a part of Mumbai. It is unlike local and state tournament in Europe and USA, where people come to cheer their state team --> No national feeling or patriotism involved and it will affect their TRP very badly and same it will be the case for the attendance of public in stadium ---> We believe BCCI is earning hude money. It is beacuse of national interest in cricket and patriotism that people are attached to it. BCCI thinks, he can sell everything with franchise. Cricket is not like MC Donald or coffee shop where it wil be sold through business channels, franchise and other agents ---> 20-20 match will be telecast at night and other TV serials will give tough fight for TRP.. We wish tommorow Tendulkar, Ganguly and Dravid after retirement will have auction on Bollywood stars.. Malika and Bipasha sold to Ganguly for 100 crores..

This whole IPL is a copy of various professional sports leagues in the US (NBA, NFL, NHL, two baseball leagues). Players are traded and auctioned there all the time. Some players become free agents. In these leagues every team has a number of foreign players as well. Same story with various football clubs in Europe. Beckham, the English man, plays for Real Madrid. We Indians are shocked by this because such a thing is happening here for the first time. But soon we all will get used to it. In any case, it is good for the players who will get good money for their skills.

Sunny is right! Uthappa and Dhoni both are most over-rated and over-hyped cricketers in world cricket today!
Nobody can kick Dhoni out as he is Team India Captain but what will happen to dumb Uthappa?

please before giving any statement think trice before i dont know in ongoing tour where u have performed , or atleast u have stayed 10 overs on the crease if that clear mr robin.
