I simply do not understand the nasis of transacting in US dollars? It is an Indian body (I assume BCCI is Indian), The competetion is conducted in India. The franshise owners are Indians (Mallya, SRK, Preity Zinta, Ambani etc)
Why on earth are they talking about USD? You BCCI morons you are violating the FEMA regulations. Since all parties involced are indian, you cannot transact in a foreign curreny, especially when none of the parties involved are Americans.
