It would be good if they allow to pick a team of majority black even those players are not good enough.....get butchered in B'desh and India and few other countries in 6 months and then when the whole country shouts then they will realise their mistakes

yes, to captain south african ladies major blind cricket team..but he may face tough competition to get picked in the playing 11..
Merit should be the criterea for the selection ..what has that Justin Ontong done so far which warrants him a place in the team every now and then? They lost KP to England due to this prejudice and recently Justin Kemp has called it quits ..They are bound to lose more if this trend continues..
if we see the recent past perfomances of South Africa we find their players are not as they used to be when South Africa reentered in 1992. this is due to selection process SA should now this otherwise it wont take much time for them to out in recokning
