It's high time-Dravid
by Kid on Dec 26, 2008 05:12 PM  | Hide replies

Please don't play anymore.

You are surely past your prime and vacate that position for some deserving youngster. That's a humble request to a gentleman cricketer.

You ahve played enough and your current form shows the chinks now.

arrogant statement
by Sandeep K on Dec 26, 2008 03:14 PM  | Hide replies

this statement really shows how arrogant he is...inspite of having such a bad form he is saying he is playing b'coz of state team's request. he is playing only to find a form for himself. it is better that he retires...second test was a draw b'coz of his slow batting else india would have ended the series againts england with 2-0 Up.

Dravid-WALL
by destiny on Dec 26, 2008 02:47 PM  | Hide replies

Dravid was the only sole person who has played consistently and shown India overseas victory after 20 odd years be it in australia or south aftrica or west indies... by becoming the WALL while playing most of the crucial test matches... and thats why he has got names like WALL, dependable, backbone of Indian cricket team... unlike Sachin who plays like 0..0..0..10..30..10.. 20.. 5.. 100..1..1.. these will be his scores in 12 ODIs.. not consistent... Players like Steve Waugh, Ganguly, Dravid, Mc Grath should be respected...

Dude, just check ur statistical knowledge, the kind of scores you have written, that brings an average of 177/11= 16. However, if you know anything about cricket, he has an average of close to triple of the same. You are making fun of urself.

Kindly back ur statement with some data. Do not just utter anything.

big fan of Sachin , but i will have to admit (and it seems u also agree , Sachin hardly play consecutive big knocks).... ur predictions also suggests that.... Wish Sachio will fulfil my that dream also scoring atleast 3 consecutive centuries in test innings before he retires....
