This BCCI use to do the same issues..they will conduct the match in south india at rainy season and winter at North..They should plan it accordingly else these kind of issues are usual one...
This is not the way we handle in choosing a venue that too for a visitor Enland team who has honoured our words for returning back after Mumbai blasts as committed to cricket to. There is no level playing field and this is purely seems to have been done to keep the ranking of India in ICC lie on top.If in such time venues could not be found Indian board could have taken some more time. I pity for England who are competitive on the field but are not so lucky on the playing conditions. We cannot take away the best part of play shown by India so far in this series under Dhnois Leadership.

There doesn't seem to be any malintention of the kind you allege. The venues were decided beforehand. If England had won the first test match (as it appeared they would, until the last day), it would have been India at a disadvantage in Mohali.
Weather has not permitted much of play. Everyday about 15-20 overs are lost due to the weather problem.. And this remains the case in winters every year. BCCI should have scheduled this somewhere in SOuthern India, where these kind of problem are not there.... Seems this test match is headed for a draw, unless something extra-ordinary happens...
