Sehwag deserved the Man of the Match award as his single minded brilliance of 83 runs in double quick time gave India the comfort of a good start in the second innings and also the luxury of a gettable run rate ( scoring 256 runs in 90 overs with 9 wickets in hand ). This one and a half hour's knock of 83 completely eclipsed more than 2 days of laborious hard work from Straus in two innings and achieving a rare feat of a century in both innings and still being denied the Man of the Match award ! Feel sorry for him but that is cricket!
