One of the very good, if not great wins. Team India was on the back foot for most of this match, but the superb effort in the last innings by all batsmen (except Dravid) made up for it. What an innings by Sehwag! And another careful and SMART inning by Sachin to seal the victory. Yuvi is getting into the grrove and showed a lot of maturity against provocation by Flintoff and Harmy. The bowlers did well to restrict England in the 2nd innings...overall a professional team effort to win coming from behind. Good signs for Team India. Wish them all the best for the second test too.....

Dravid should be the man of the match...His getting out cheaply was the turning point of the match...otherwise hardly a draw would have been possible
Let us all appeal to Dravid to opt out of next match for the sake of Indian Team. Like Ganguly, he should regain form in domestic matches befor being included in indian team again.
Hey Dravid, my fellow Bangalorean. You are a great player, there is no doubt - yes you WERE but now now anymore. I am your fan but I am fan of India. I want you to save team India - Please retire or just opt out of the team youreself. Practice for few months & then come back if you are scoring atleast a 50 once in every 3 - 4 matches.
