billy bowden is a joke he is far from being best .he is famous for being a joker that he is thats all . he is just a average umpire noting more .
Its not nice to even use his name in same line of sentence as truly Best Umpires Dicky bird and david shepperd.
indians are the greatest contributor to cricket in all aespects so why should they be left behind in umpiring and match refree... good to see senior indian cricketers initiating this will inspire more players and umpires
