why dont they keep matches in kolkat and hyd'bad.almost a year since matches have played in these venues including chennai.alright chennai is hosting the 1st test then keep tests in kolkata.y selecting again and again in bangalore,delhi and mohali?

U r right. They should have given chances to Hyderabad and Kolkota as chennai is experiencing torrential rains. Need to kick N srinivasan and K srikkanth, both from chennai knowingly kept a test match in rainy season for nothing.

I dont know who decides the venues for test matches. can anyone tell me ? its ok with the one dayers as they are played all over the country. but why test matches are not held in kolkata seeing that it has all the facilities like huge stadium, large seating facility, good ground, good pitch, good outfield and players pavilion and many more
Kolkata is a premire and safest venue in India but still not allowed to hold matches due to Dalmiya factor, when will we get rid of these dirty goons running BCCI ???

It's a fact... Some of the venues like Chennai, Mohali are hosting 2nd test this year. Ahmedabad was also scheduled to host their 2nd test. But Kolkata is yet to host even a single match. The whole country can watch the drama, which BCCI is staging. Only the top BCCI officials can answer it
How come Mohali be the skepical venue for 2nd test due to security?Ther is no terror strike there from last 20-25 yrs,if i m not wrong.Eng claims,since it is near to pakistan so there is a danger.So,in that case Eng should remove their High Commission from Pakistan.I think england r playing politics here.They know,Mohali is a happy hunting ground for India and so was Ahmedabad.So,they delibrately raised the issue and I can guarantee that they will push for 2nd test at Bangalore were india finds themselves in difficulties agnst opposition most of the time
