If you have to look after your economy after thrown out of team, why CA has no right to look after their Fiscal status???
If tommorrow anybody/everbody starts opening sporting events without Admmin body concern it will joke to play such sports.

in many Countries there is a provision preventing "restraint of trade" ..

You cant dictate which company a software engineer can work in.. you cant dictate where an engineer works .. which club/league a footballer plays in ..

Well if some business is not recognised & is out of legal boundries yes people selecting to work their needs to be banned.
Specially who are already retired from cricket & not performing why they should come with such big mouthed comments.

ICL was started way b4 any other 20-20 event. wat gillespie says is right- 'BCCI said to ban ICL players and these boards did it. In fact, all sporting bodies banned them. Only England, Pakistan and SL boards have had the guts to question BCCI's motives regarding ICL and IPL.

even the so-called jokers in ICCI dont have any guts to stand up to the BCCI.
