BD does not deserve to be a full fledged test playing country. Except for a couple of wins in World Cup, it has lost 99% of the time in ODIs. Their test record is even worse. BD should only be made to play against Zimbabwe, Canada, Kenya, Bermuda, Holland, Ireland etc. Perhaps ICC should also introduce pseudo test cricket for these countries to play each other.
