Pakistan is a cricket loving nation. Because of some terrorist activities cricket loving people in pakistan as well as around the world will miss the champions trophy untill oct 09. ICC should take some gud steps to conduct cricket in Pakistan.
October 2009 is too far. By that time Pakistan will be disintegratedc completely and it will be erased from world map. So ICC will have no option other than shifting the venue to different location. That should happen for a safer world.
I think it is a conspiracy of asia to host the world cup in asia.So the overseas team refuse to play in pakistan.So that any team of asia can win they know that they cannot win with australia in wc because they are at their best while playing wc.What you think?

U R Mad Subcntinent teams are the best when they tour to Australia and Newzealand they prepare the bouncy tracks so that they can make their lifes easy..
If they(SA, AUS, Eng,NZ) have a problem playing in pakistan now and what if they have that same prob again in 2009...i think if they still pull out of the tournament in 2009 or if the venue gets shifted to some other place because of there problem, then those teams should be barred from playing the 2011 World cup which is scheduled to be palyed in India, Pak, SL, & Bangladesh. The Icc shd send a clear message to such teams by taking such a severe step. and teams cannot have different attitudes for their security for different tournaments in the same country. If pakistan is unsafe for them today then it shd remain so for the rest of there lives.

but if the sa, ausi, nz, eng r debarred from 2011 wc, who is going to support the wc. it vl b just asia cup.
If u remember BCCI wanted to cancel the Champions's trophy becoz it was hampering their cricket season.But ICC was firm on their stance to schedule.BCCI knew that if CT is going to be held in Pak it would get canceled anyway becoz white players won't come to Pak.In this way BCCI proved their power and also achieved their motive.

Once upon a time, when India refused to play in Pakistan, citing Government's directions, the ICC told tall tales that action would be taken against any board which refuses to play in any country, and then allowed the Autralia series to be moved from Pakistan to Sharjah, and now, 'postponed' the Champions Trophy, because some boards refused to play. The conclusion is unmistakable: The ICC is a bunch of cowards living in a fool's paradise.
