Its not surprising to see that the panel of umpires, every now and then chose to target ETHNIC (Black or Brown) players for such disciiplinary matters. Chris Broad has been involved in many racist controversies in past and continues to abuse his powers by such punitive methods as he well knows umpires will be encouraged to bring forward to him even minor cases , some without even judging the evidence in order to secure a penalty against ethnic players, in process adversly affecting that player's career. Last year the majority of England team was involved in a most deplorable childish act of throwing JELLY BEANS on field targeted at Indian players - Was there any action any Lament Umpire in the elite ICC panel take? In my opinion cricket continues to have a two tier administrative system at International level - ONE RULE FOR WHITES, ONE RULE FOR OTHERS!! Cricketing nations must consider cleaning up this S HIT created by the Imperialistically biased attitudes.
