INDIA'S WIN OVER SRILANKA WAS AFLUKE ONE, TO WIN A GAME WITH ONLY 140'S TO GET INDIA CRUISED TO SUCH A SCORE LIKE A MAN PADDLING A CANOE WITH HIS HANDS

Not a fluke one.One thing to be noted is that the pitch is a bowler frndly pitch. The pitch offered something even in the last overs of the second innings. The win was not at all convincing.Thats true. But not a fluke and all.If India hadnt lost Dhoni it wud have been a convincing one.
It's really very sad to see the comments, showing divide among our indian community. This was my first visit on this web page and will be the last. I think the community which is placing their comment are not well informed, have nothing to do with cricket of for India, ill educated and have pleanty of time to spare. "GIVE A THOUGHT - BE INDIAN." Bye for now.

hi ahmed... u need not react like this... its a forum and atleast you being educated need not kindle what Tamilians feels and talk abt.. in disagreement of others feelings sometimes silence is the better way bring in tolerance .. and the way your use of words like "community" you are just widening the gaps!!!

Proud of you. Some mentally unstable tamilians in this board are using filthy language and trying to divide the country into North and south.

Your message and the language you use itself shows who you are.Education is different to cultured bringing up with intelligence. You may have education but not the culture we are proud of. Your proficiency in 'cultured Tamil' amazes me. Young tamilian children must be sent to you for their 'higher'tamil education from you. Great sir! Hats off!! He He He!!!

Bhadhrinath is a gud player. Thats for sure. He played a litl but a well composed innings also. But Y r u mentioning Bhadhrinath only? Wat abt Virat kohli? If u mean abt not mentioning of Bhadhrinath in this coloumn nothing to worry, nothing was there of statistical importance of Bhadhrinath yesterday.

Because this article states only statistics. Badrinath has played in only his first match. The score has to be his highest. He had batted superbly, but quality is never mentioned in statistics.

Tamilians are always living within a narrow circle. There are several tamilians whom I have met say that they are first a tamilian, secondly a south indian and lastly an indian. The mentality is growing in TN with these dirty politicians who whip up regional feelings of 'educated but illiterate' Tamilians. Pls remember Badri is an indian player selected to play for Indian team and he does not belong only to TN.

Hi Prasana ...is PUNDA ur staple word seem yo be using a lot....fine coming to the point ... even Rohit Sharma performed well in CB series in AUS but was never mentioned here..so wats so special with Badri tat has to be mentioned here its only one match he has played and lets see his consistency levels....and can u name any other Tamilian Ranji player who is capable to make it to Indian team apart from Badri....Dont shame the whole Tamilian community machaan...bcos of u the whole Tamilians are analysed in a wrong way by people of INDIA.Even am a Tamilian but if a player is good he will make it to the Team.Example is Rohit sharma who scored at an aggregate of 95.00 in last season to get sselected...and Tiwary scored at an average of 99.00.But no Tamilian player has been so consistent...so lets be happy and wish Badri goos luck to perform and become a regular for Indian team. And for god's sake dont use tat P - word again.Tamil nadu has good culture dont spoil it with ur language...we Tamilians are ashmaed of u...

Romesh Agarwal is correct... why to rope in what we think... Badri has got talent and there will be more good news from his side ... as We can cherish then reading greats abt him both as Indians & Tamilians !!!!

Your message and the language you use itself shows who you are. I was in TN for a considerable period of time and I understand Tamil very well. Education is different to the quality that one attains with that education. You may have education but quality? Why do not you accept that badri is an Indian? even if you ask him he would say that he is an Indian. Badrinath has not played a lot of matches to hail him as the greatest player. He has talent and he must show consistency and more match winning performance.
